Great Chesapeake Bay Swim 2008

EARLY BIRD ENTITLEMENT LISTING --  2008 GCBS:
Participants who qualified through the 2007 Charity Program.
 

1. Early Bird entry process entitles entrants from the preceding year receive a "hard copy" entry form three weeks prior to the on-line entry process opening in the current year.  There is nothing anyone can do at this point in time to take advantage of the Early Bird entry process for the 2008 swim. 
                          4.4 Lottery Opens:  Fri. Nov. 9, 2007 at 8:00 a.m.
    
2. In 2007, all swimmers who participated in the swim's charity-pledge program, and submitted funds, which were $300 or more over the $250 entry fee, received the Early Bird mailing entitlement.
3. The Early Bird entry process completely removes, listed participants, from having to enter through the GCBS 4.4 lottery process. 
4. The EARLY BIRD "HARD COPY ENTRY FORMS" will be mailed out on
                                                         October 12, 2007.
5. POTENTIAL EARLY BIRD PARTICIPANTS PLEASE NOTE:
   a.  YOU MUST COMPLETE, ENCLOSE A CHECK, AND RETURN THE FORM PRIOR TO THE LOTTERY WINNERS CLOSING OUT THE 4.4 ENTRANT'S LIST.  Receiving a hard copy form does not "guarantee you a slot."  It removes you from the lottery process.
   I need to know how many will enter from both processes to meet and not exceed the permitted number of 4.4 swimmers.
6. As soon as I receive, your completed form and check, you will immediately be placed onto the first posting of the 2008 Entrant's List.
