All those who participate and meet the criteria of the pledge program are guaranteed early entry through the "Early Bird" entry form mailing.  These swimmers do not have to enter through the lottery process.
 
4.4 GCBS Entry Fee 2007:

 Fees are 100% tax deductible.  GCBS is a fully qualified
501(c)(3) charitable event.		 $250   Entry Fee
   Refund: Requests must be received by April 30th.  Entry fee will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.  Refunds for only medical or extreme personal reasons.  Letter or email must be from applicant and detail reasons of the request.  Slots are precious and must not be taken for granted.  Thank you. 

Note:  Event is Rain or Shine.  Swim Director - Chuck Nabit, has the right to cancel the event in the event of extreme water or weather conditions.  In that regard, there
are no refunds.
