2007 USACFRF MidAtlantic Weigh-in Rules (Multi-Sport Events Only):
    1.   For multi-sport events only, the MidAtlantic USACFRF maintains a "weigh-in once, race all year" policy. If you weigh-in at:

          a) USACFRF MidAtlantic multi-sport event OR if you submit a doctor's certified weight certificate, you will be qualified to race in the appropriate USACFRF weight division in all remaining USACFRF MidAtlantic multi-sport championship events for the remainder of the calendar year.

    2.   The best and most reliable way for you to assure your entry into the appropriate USACFRF weight division is for you to submit a doctor's certified weight certificate. Have the doctor's office include the following information on the certificate:

                Name:    Weight:     Birthdate:

          This information can be written on the doctor's prescription paper or on any other form the doctor's office chooses. The certificate must be emailed to the following address:   MidAtlanticUSACFRF@hotmail.com  no later than 3 days prior to an event in which you wish to participate.

          (An email directly from the doctor's office is acceptable. Otherwise, you can scan or take a digital photo of your certificate and email the image file to the above address.)

     3.  Race site weigh-ins will be performed, at the discretion of the USACFRF MidAtlantic representative conducting the weigh-ins, EITHER on race day OR at packet pickup on the day before the race. This will vary per race, so check the race web site for on-site weigh-in details.

     4.  If you miss the USACFRF weigh-in or if you do not submit a doctor's certified weight certificate as outlined above, you WILL NOT be eligible for USACFRF awards.  However, you may still be eligible for USAT's Clydesdale and Athena awards.
