Resolving Ranking Problems

We want to resolve all problems as fast as possible.  To expedite this process please do the following:

1.  View the Problem List from the event -- Check the USAT# displayed by your name.

• If the USAT# displayed is not correct . . . (race directors record your submitted USAT# not LIN-MARK) . . . 
  E-MAIL LIN-MARK with your correct USAT#.   We will then re-rank the event as soon as possible.

2.  If your USAT# displayed (on the Problem List) is correct . . . then your USAT membership may have expired 
or you may have renewed your membership after we received the latest USAT Mid-Atlantic membership list from the 
USAT Home Office in Colorado.  

• Check with the USAT home office at www.usatriathlon.org as to the status of your membership, and advise LIN-MARK.

3.  If you are a  USAT Mid-Atlantic member and your name does not appear on the Problem List . . . and you were not 
ranked for the event, E-MAIL LIN-MARK.  W will try to track down/resolve the problem with the race director's submitted data and/or USA Triathlon.

4.  If you feel the event's ranking score is inaccurate, E-MAIL LIN-MARK.  Be sure to include the race name in your e-mail.
